HISTORY OF TSS
1996
Thai Syncon and Supplies (TSS), was founded in 1996.
TSS started as a rollforming business, producing metal sheet roofing/wall products, and supplying insulation.
Our first roofing profiles utilized bolt systems. The “LT” in our T-75LT profile stands for “lotus” for its unique shape.
1999
Realizing the limitations of bolt systems in large industrial buildings due to the expansion and contraction of metal panels, we invested in our first seam roofing profile that utilized a boltless installation system.
2003
Manufacturing operation moved to Bangpakong, Chachoengsao to accommodate the increase in production.
We continued investing in additional machines to provide new profiles and products for our clients.
2004
Investment in our SUPERPANEL sandwich panel machine.
2008
Through our constant innovation, we developed the first double seam system in Thailand utilizing high tensile steel (G550). Our T-65DS profile is widely used in large industrial buildings throughout Thailand.
2009
ISO Certificate
2014
Addition of high tensile purlin system into our product portfolio.
Development of stronger seaming systems in our portfolio of concealed fastener roofing systems, in order to continuously improve our high standards for water penetration resistance and wind uplift resistance.
2018
Expansion of Chachoengsao facility to incorporate polyurethane roofing panel production line.
Installation of solar panels saving more than 750 tons of carbon dioxide emissions to date.
2024
Launched in-house production of EPS boards to support panel manufacturing and insulation products.
Received FM Approvals certification (FM4471) for our T-75DSF double seam roofing system.
