Insulation Materials
We provide a wide variety of insulation materials for roofing and siding system. Our insulation products include rockwool, glasswool, XPE foam, and spray PU foam
XPE foam
-
Fast to install
-
Cost saving
-
Tested with warranty
-
Quality Controlled
-
Noise and Heat reduction
-
Can be laminated with both Bolt and Boltless roofing system
We are one of the first manufacturers of self laminated XPE (cross-linked polyethylene) foam while forming metal sheet roofing profile. Our machine is fast and economical. It can be laminated with bolt and boltless roofing system with various thicknesses (4 mm. and 5 mm.).
Glasswool
-
Lightweight Insulation blanket
-
Reduces overall building energy usage
-
Helps prevent condensation
-
Reduces rain noise
-
Non-Combustible
-
Can be custom cut to required length to reduce waste and installation time
Glasswool provides efficient thermal insulation and condensation control under metal deck, fiber cement and concrete roofs. Glasswool can be used in both residential and commercial applications.
Rockwool
Rockwool insulations save energy and reduce greenhouse gas emissions when applied in residential, commercial, office, institutional and industrial buildings and processes.
Primarily used:
-
For thermal control and acoustical comfort in homes and buildings.
-
For thermal, acoustical and condensation control in residential, commercial and institutional HVAC systems.
-
For energy savings, process control, and sound control in industrial and manufacturing processes.
Spray PU
Spray foam PU insulation is an alternative to traditional building insulations. PU composes of a two-component mixture composed of isocyanate and polyol resin.
The mixture comes together at the tip of a gun and forms an expanding foam, which can then be sprayed onto roof tiles, concrete slabs, into wall cavities, or through holes drilled into a cavity of a finished wall.
